Where do you source your Tanzanite from?
We source direct from Tanzania.
I have been told that Tanzanite is a soft stone and shouldn’t be used in rings.
On the Mohs scale of hardness, Tanzanite is up there with Amethyst. Of course, dependent on the design you choose will determine how well the stone is protected. A bezel setting will always provide far better protection than, say a claw setting.
Where is your jewellery made?
Our jewellery is made in the jewellery capital of the world, Jaipur, India. We have a small and dedicated team who we work with, and their skills in cutting gemstones and making jewellery is exquisite.
Do you custom make only in Tanzanite?
No, we have access to an enormous range of gemstones, so the easiest thing is to ask us.
Do you have to send custom made jewellery to The Assay Office?
It is a legal requirement, and one which we would always adhere to.
What guarantee can you give me with my custom-made order?
First of all, it will be sent to the Assay Office, Birmingham for Hallmarking, and secondly it will be sent on to AnchorCert who will provide a certificate of authenticity.
I have lost a stone from my ring, can you replace it for me, even if I didn’t buy the jewellery from you?
Of course we can source and replace the gemstones for your jewellery, thanks to our extensive supplies of gemstones.
Can I place an order and pick it up from your shop?
